Honey is a natural antioxidant, brightening and re-energising the skin.  With this in mind The Spa at Brown’s Hotel have created an exclusive facial:

THE BEE BEAUTIFUL HONEY FACIAL
(60 minutes, £85.00)

The Bee Beautiful Honey Facial uses natural ingredients to exfoliate and treat the skin.  This facial begins with a double cleanse, followed by the honey and coconut oil exfoliation. The honey gently dissolves dead skin cells leaving the skin smooth and soft. Jasmine oil is used for a pressure point massage to ease stress, before a brightening honey mask is applied. The scalp is gently massaged whilst the mask works its magic and the skin is moisturised to finish.

Benefits of honey
Honey is a 100% pure and natural sweetener which contains natural antioxidant properties that can help treat minor acne by attacking the bacteria that causes the outbreak, whilst moisturizing the skin to aid rejuvenation.

Benefits of jasmine
Jasmine essential oil is extracted from the flowers of the jasmine plant, which has soothing and uplifting properties. Jasmine oil warms the emotions and calms the nerves, replacing them with confidence, energy and optimism.  Jasmine is beneficial for both dry and sensitive skin.

Benefits of coconut oil
Coconut oil is great for the skin and hair. The benefits of coconut oil can be attributed to the presence of lauric, capric and caprylic acids. These acids have an antibacterial, moisturising and soothing effect on the skin and body. It also helps to delay wrinkles and sagging of skin due to its antioxidant properties.

The Spa at Brown’s is open daily from 9.30am to 8pm and has three private treatment rooms, with one luxury suite for two.  The Spa offers a wide selection of the treatments using Dr Sebagh, Carita, Natura Bisse, Aromatherapy Associates and Mama Mio products.  In-house guests of Brown’s Hotel can also make use of the 70sqm fitness centre featuring the latest Technogym cardiovascular equipment, which is open 24 hours a day.
