WINTER WARMER DETOX PACKAGE
(90 minutes at £130.00 from 1 January – 28 February 2009)
Whilst reclining on a heated treatment bed, guests will sip lemon grass and ginger tea to start cleansing their system. Once relaxed, guests will enjoy an Epsom salt scrub that will draw away the toxins, whilst soothing their muscles. An invigorating scrub to cleanse, exfoliate and soften any rough patches will follow this. Guests will then be wrapped in a warm, detoxifying, mineralising clay mud wrap, using pink grapefruit, rosemary, juniper berry and pine to help stimulate the kidneys, liver and digestive functions. Whilst the mud is working its magic, guests will benefit from a relaxing scalp massage to help clear the mind. Following a warm shower, guests will receive a wonderful lymphatic-style massage, using a special body lotion that is rich in vitamins A, E & F to encourage toxin elimination and help maintain healthy skin.
CARITA PURIFYING FACIAL
(75 minutes, £98.00)
This facial starts with an intensive skin cleansing and exfoliation using a blend of crushed sunflower seeds and 3 specific essential oils to increase micro circulation, which aids the detox process. This is then followed by a hot towel compress and extractions, to deep clean the pores. A lymphatic drainage face, neck and shoulder massage follows this to eliminate the toxins beneath the skin, before a mask is applied to absorb impurities, rebalance and clear the complexion.
The Spa at Brown’s is open daily from 9.30am to 8.00pm and has three private treatment rooms, with one luxury suite for two. The Spa offers a wide selection of the treatments using Dr Sebagh, Carita, Natura Bisse, Aromatherapy Associates and Mama Mio products. In-house guests of Brown’s Hotel can also make use of the 70sqm fitness centre featuring the latest Technogym cardiovascular equipment, which is open 24 hours a day.
